I learned to be with the static before trying to solve it.

I trained as a Body-Oriented Facilitator with the Somatic School (UK). My work is not about pushing you toward goals; it is about providing the clear space for your own organic intelligence to emerge. I help logical minds access the somatic map to live with more ease, quality, and freedom.

For years, I lived almost entirely through my head. From studying Computer Science to working in Corporate Consultancy, both in my professional and personal life, I made "correct" mental decisions that had nothing to do with my essence. I followed the logic, but ignored the body - often moving forward even when something felt off.

Transitioning through EMDR, meditation, breathwork, movement practices, and deep somatic inquiry taught me to be with presence. The body processes reality before the mind does. Now, I help you bypass the mental noise to access the wisdom you already carry.

I may occasionally interrupt your story to direct attention back to a physical sensation finding its voice. You check if it resonates, correcting it as needed.

This work is essentially an internal dialogue between you and yourself. Because of this, it can be highly effective online, as well as in-person in Lisbon.

Developed by Dr. Eugene Gendlin through 15 years of clinical research at the University of Chicago, this methodology analyzed why some clients succeeded in therapy while others remained stuck. The data demonstrated that sustainable progress is not achieved through cognitive analysis alone. Success depends entirely on a person’s capacity to access the physical, pre-verbal "Felt Sense" of their issues—a skill that can be taught, refined, and applied.
